Overall, we had a very good experience working with Edmond on getting our condo unit sold. He is very professional and a diligent worker who gets things done. He was available throughout the day and ready to answer any questions we had for him about the sale, selling process, etc. Comparatively, our unit was sold much faster than other units in our building (those units have been on the market for a while); although, this also meant that we ended up settling below our asking price.
However, we could tell that Edmond did his best to negotiate for us, while taking into account his knowledge and expertise on the market. There was an instance where a signature field was missed by Edmond and we had to correct that, but Edmond was swift in letting us know his mistake and worked with us to get that resolved as soon as possible.
We would highly recommend Edmond if you're looking for a dependable and hard-working agent to help with your real estate needs. Let him know exactly what you're looking for and what your needs are and I think Edmond would do his best to satisfy them. He did an excellent job representing us and got most of what we wanted out of the deal.
